WordPress Care Plans provide peace of mind to you, the business owner. You can leave your website in the safe hands of WordPress experts, whilst you continue to work on the day to day tasks for your business.

Our WordPress Care Plans will typically include website updates and maintenance, a number of monitoring services and a level of time for support task requests on a monthly basis.

We provide high performance website hosting with every WordPress Care Plan. Your website will be hosted on our optimised servers which are fast and secure. You’re welcome to use your own hosting if you would prefer, but we do recommend ensuring that it’s of good quality and well optimised. We don’t host email accounts. For emails, we recommend Google’s G Suite service, Microsoft’s Office 365 service or Zoho Mail.

We take daily off-site backups, which are encrypted and stored with Amazon’s S3 service. If there is ever an issue with your website and we need to restore a backup, this can be actioned in as little as 5 minutes.

All of our Care Plans come with monitoring services, that keep an eye on your website. These include: 

  • Security & Malware Monitoring - We monitor access to your website and tasks that are actioned, plus any files that are modified.
  • Uptime Monitoring - We monitor your website at 5 minute intervals. If the website goes offline for any reason, we’ll investigate this and assist you in bringing it back online.
  • SSL Monitoring - We monitor your website and ensure that your SSL certificate is working correctly, with your website loading via HTTPS.

We are firm believers that every WordPress website should be on a WordPress Care Plan. We may seem biased, but it’s because we care deeply about website maintenance and website security.

    We can setup free SSL certificates for you on our website hosting. If you have an external host, we can assist if they provide you with an SSL certificate.

    We take a backup of your website before performing updates to keep everything in good order and to easily roll-back if your website has a conflict.

  • Performance Optimisation

    We'll check your website regularly and help you to optimise it so that you can have the best performance and fastest loading times.

  • Website Migrations

    If you'd like to move your website to a new hosting provider, we can assist you with the migration.

  • Content Updates

    We can update your website content and assist you to make changes on your website.

  • Outage Support

    If your website is offline, we can assist you with getting it back online, including liaising with your external provider if required.

  • Care Reports

    We send out a monthly report for all Care Plans to show the work that has been completed in the previous month.

How long does it take to setup my new care plan?

Your new WordPress Care Plan will be up and running within 1-2 working days, from the date that you sign-up.

We'll run through further details in our new client on-boarding process and keep you updated as we add our monitoring services to your website.

What tasks can you help me with?

A typical website task that we can assist with would be any task that takes 30 minutes or less. This includes tasks such as adding content to your website, installing a new plugin, updating / adding images and more.

Major design changes, feature or functionality additions are not included. For these tasks, we'll provide a quote for the time required.

What happens if my website goes down, is hacked, breaks etc?

Whilst every care is made to ensure that websites are safe and secure, nothing you can do to a website will make it 100% safe and secure forever. Sadly, there is always someone out there with malicious intent.

In the unlikely even that your website goes offline, we can assist you with restoring the most recent backup to your website.

For Pro and Premium plans, we provide additional security clean-up services that are included in your plan's price.

Do you manage WooCommerce websites?

Yes! We love WooCommerce websites and we are very happy to provide support for them.

Due to the increased complexity and time required to assist with an E-Commerce website running on WooCommerce, we would require the website to be on our Pro or Premium plans.

Can you support multiple WordPress sites?

Yes, we can assist with as many WordPress sites as you would like us to. Each website will have a separate care plan.

We offer reduced monthly plans for clients with 5 or more websites. Please get in touch with us for more details. The discount is ideal for a business group with a number of websites, freelancers, agencies and more.

How does the monthly consultancy call work?

Our Premium Support plan includes a Monthly Consultancy call. This is a strategy call that will typically last 15-30 minutes.

In the strategy call, we can talk about your website, marketing activities and answer any questions that you may have.

Do I have to host my website with you?

All of our WordPress Care Plans include High Performance Website Hosting. This is hosting that has been specifically designed for WordPress websites, to provide a fast and stable platform for your site.

You do not have to use this hosting if you already have a great hosting company in place. We can support your website on any hosting company in the world, although we do recommend a professional WordPress hosting company as you will get better results.

What hours is support available?

Our support team are currently available Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm (GMT - UK).

We don't currently provide support on evenings, weekends or public holidays - even the best WordPress experts need a break sometimes 🙂

Does the monthly time rollover?

All of our WordPress Care Plans include some additional support time each month. The level of time depends on the plan that you pick.

At present, this time does not rollover. If you need a plan where time rolls over, please get in touch and we can discuss custom plans that are available from £299/month, per website.

What if I need more support time?

If you need support time over and above the time included with your plan each month, this is not a problem.

Any time used over and above your current plan is billed hourly and invoiced on a weekly basis.

As a valued WordPress Care Plan customer, you will receive a discount on our hourly rates.

Can I really cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel any time. There is no long-term contract here. Whilst we don't want you to leave, we do understand that sometimes business circumstances change.

In the unlikely event of you wanting to cancel your Care Plan, you can send an email to our support team and we'll cancel everything within 1-2 business days.

My website was not built by AntiSushi - can I still be on a WordPress Care Plan?

Our WordPress Care Plans were initially offered just to our own website design clients, however we're happy to support your website if you had it designed by another company.

Our simple ethos is that we want to help business owners with WordPress websites to keep their sites safe, secure and updated.

We'll need to run an audit before we can accept your website onto one of our Care Plans. The audit costs £199 and includes 2 hours of time to resolve any issues that we find with the website that need to be fixed before we can add you to a plan. In addition, you'll get a discount on the first month of your new WordPress Care Plan with us.
